Each member of my team is a life long resident of Garrett County.
Like me, they all have "Deep Roots" in this area.
Karen Doerr is a licensed real estate agent and our Transaction Coordinator.
We rely on her to keep us organized and the team running smoothly.
Andrew Eiswert is a Buyer Specialist and has a deep affinity for this area
and its beauty. He can guide you through the real estate buying process
helping to make finding the right property an enjoyable experience.
Kathy Johnson is also a Buyer Specialist, coming to real estate after
raising her family. She enjoys working one-on-one with people,
and takes great pride in finding the home that fits your needs.
As for me, I am the Managing Member of the team. I focus primarily
on being a Listing Specialist and strive to give all of my clients
exceptional service, head and shoulders above the competition.

WHY DO YOU NEED A BUYER REPRESENTATIVE?
Andrew and Kathy are both Accredited Buyer Representatives.
Buyer representation means that you have a licensed real estate agent working for you on your real estate purchase. There are basically two types of real estate agents:
1. A Traditional Agent---works for the seller
2. A Buyer's Agent---works solely for the buyer
These relationships are governed by "The Laws of Agency." Once agency is established, the following duties are owed to the Client by the Buyer Representative: loyalty, confidentiality, professional consultation, disclosure, accountability, reasonable care and due diligence. When trained practitioners work with educated consumers, consumers get a better transaction all the way around.
THE SPIKER TEAM PROUDLY GIVES BACK...
The Spiker Team understands the importance of giving back to non-profit organizations in the area. Thanks to our clients, this past year we have donated substantial monies in support of both the Garrett County Humane Society & the Garrett Lakes Art Festival.
